Dream comes true: cellist (18) from Anderen to Spanish conservatory

“Actually, I hope that I learn and can learn as much as possible from everyone who is there,” says Keja. Ultimately, the intention is that the cellist will get her bachelor’s degree at the Spanish school. “You will probably receive a lot of concert requests, so that after your studies you can still do what you love to do: make music. And that it will become your profession.”

Keja has to think about what the ultimate goal really is. “Of course you can play in a very nice place, for example in Berlin where there is a very nice hall. And you also have the Berliner Philharmoniker orchestra,” she looks ahead. “Or the Wiener Musikverein in Vienna. If you can play in those kinds of halls with those musicians, that is really a dream!”
