Draw between left and right bloc in Spanish elections: Catalan split party smells chance

Against all odds, the right failed to win a landslide victory in Spain’s early parliamentary elections. It was a neck-and-neck race. The Conservatives narrowly won the majority with 136 seats. The socialist party PSOE of current Prime Minister Pedro Sánchez wins a few seats, instead of the defeat that was predicted. With the support of his separatist coalition parties, another term as prime minister seems possible.
