Several police cars were set on fire during riots between groups of Eritreans in The Hague in the Netherlands. There is a trail of destruction in the streets around the Opera party center. Police have used tear gas to stop stone-throwing East Africans. Local residents say that a cat-and-mouse game has been going on for hours.
