Copyrights should not be broken even with the help of artificial intelligence.

Copyright problems related to artificial intelligence services have been talked about for a couple of years. As an artificial intelligence, the right images and works of art are fed as educational materials, the authors of which are less likely to receive any compensation from artificial intelligence developers.
However, artificial intelligence can break copyright even more clearly.
Techcrunch says that users of the Gemini artificial intelligence service published by Google have begun to remove watermarks from Gemin. This phenomenon may be related to the fact that Gemin’s 2.0 version recently became available to a larger audience.
Removing water stamps is not the exclusive right of Gemin, but other artificial intelligence services are also capable of it, Techcrunch points out. However, Gemini seems to be a particularly hook.

Some other artificial intelligence services may also refuse to remove watermarks from the image.
According to Techcrunch, for example, Openai’s GPT-4O and Anthropicin Claude 3.7 refuse. Claude can even answer that removing a watermark is unethical and possibly illegal.
At least in the United States, Claud’s defense speech is true. According to Techcrunch, the country’s copyright law prohibits almost invariably the removal of a watermark without the permission of the artist.
However, Gemin’s ability is not enough to make the image of the tax on the original water -free image. The pictures often leave special details that may well distinguish between them being treated with artificial intelligence.
– The cat’s coat is completely confused and strange, and Capricorn looks like it was wrapped in the carpet, one user describes in Reddit animal -related imagesof which Gemini has removed watermarks.
Google has given Techcrunch a statement that removing water stamps from the pictures Gemin breaks the service conditions. The company says that it keeps an eye on the situation.
