The last episode ended with an unexpected twist. Dario, Martina’s theater teacher (Roberta Volponi) – niece of Cecchini (Nino Frassica) – knew Patriziathe marshal’s daughter who died in a car accident years earlier. When Giulio Tommasi (Simone Montedoro), Patrizia’s husband, found out, he went into a rage.
«It was you! You know what happened to Patrizia!». Shortly afterwards, Cecchini tried to call Giulio, but the man was lying on the ground in the street, unconscious. What happened? Now the colonel is hospitalized and is fighting between life and death. Cecchini knows nothing about what happened between him and Dario, but he has a clue: the place where his son-in-law was found could prove significant.
Therefore he begins to investigate, certain that it was not a simple coincidence. However, as long as Tommasi is hospitalized in an unconscious state it will be rather difficult to trace the truth.
Diego and Vittoria together again
Cecchini is not the only one who has to deal with the past. Also Diego (Eugenio Mastrandrea), in fact, takes a step back in time. For him, however, it could also represent a step towards a bright future. Vittoria (Gaia Messerklinger) left Egidio Spaccapietra (Federico Galante) and showed up at Martini’s. She confessed to him that she rejected her boyfriend’s marriage proposal because she realized she wanted a family, but with him.
The meeting ended with the much desired kiss that Diego had been waiting for for a long time. The two, after the distance, seem to have found the right understanding again. After all, the captain has always professed to be in love with Vittoria and understood that he had lost her because he was too focused on work and not inclined to open up. In turn, Vittoria has realized that the man of her life is Martini and the most mature thing to do is to put aside resentments and give herself a new chance.
Everything could go smoothly, if it weren’t for the fact that Giulia (Federica Sabatini) has fallen in love with Diego. She is sure of her feelings towards the captain and does not want to give them up. She therefore decides to try to break up the couple and in this undertaking she will not be alone: she will have an ally. Could it be Snipers?
Giulia jealous of Captain Martini
For some time now, the marshal has understood what Martini himself cannot see: the right woman for him is Giulia. They have a good understanding, they like each other, they understand each other, they can count on each other. Whenever he has the opportunity, throws some digs at Diego, who however seems to have eyes, ears and attention only for Vittoria.
It must be said that there was something tender between Diego and Giulia. They kissed, but then he pointed out that they can ignore it, since they are friends. AND when Giulia decided that she no longer wanted to play the part of her friend, she invited him for a beer, but Diego didn’t show up for the appointment because Vittoria entered the scene.
Will Giulia be able to alter the idyll or, in the end, will she step aside? And will Diego be able to mend the cracks in his relationship with Vittoria? Over the course of the episode Cecchini warns him: «In her place I would choose Giulia, I don’t like reheated pasta». Yet, Diego and the PM speed up a lot: they move in together and this time they seem very united. What will happen?
