Shortly after the massive criticism of the TV recording of his theater tour, André Hazes Jr. suddenly finds himself at home with diarrhea. He canceled a concert, but is that really because he has diarrhea?
The year is not ending well for André Hazes Jr. He has just completed a personal theater tour in which he mixes his soul stirrings with his own songs and songs by his father, and the TV recording of which was shown last week. No dog looked at it, but the fragments are viral gone. And not exactly for a positive reason.
Tinky Winky
André sounded really bad. He had a very strange, pinched voice, especially during his father’s songs. It’s like pinching Tinky Winky’s antenna. Really very strange, but apparently André thinks that if he looks very difficult and sings very pained, it will all seem even more believable.
He himself hides behind the fact that he was very ill that day, but then of course you don’t let a camera crew from the AvroTros come by to record everything. Then you are very masochistic. In other words: André has overestimated himself a bit and now he is experiencing the negative consequences.

Very annoying for our troubled folk singer, especially because Rachel Hazes saw this again as an opportunity to bash her own child, but it is what it is. Suddenly André is suddenly ill: he has canceled a performance because he has diarrhea. Celebrities also sometimes have diarrhea, but according to Guido den Aantrekker this is very coincidental.
Story boss Guido asks Show news wonders out loud whether André is really stuck to the toilet seat or whether he is just sick of all the comments he has received. “According to him, it was due to diarrhea – in the artists’ world this is simply called ‘shit’ – and he indicates that he thought he could escape the dance.”

What do you mean originate? André explains on his Instagram: “Last week, almost everyone around me suffered from what I call a diarrhea. I was completely convinced that I would be spared it and that I would avoid the dance. See you tonight. The toilet is my best friend at the moment.”
Why is he throwing this out into the world? He had to cancel an appearance at a restaurant. “Unfortunately, I have to cancel my performance at Encore with an empty stomach and a sore butt.”
Real reason
Guido wonders what the real reason is. “Of course, there were already voices asking: could it have something to do with the fact that he was really slaughtered on social media about that apparently very bad concert recording that was broadcast on Boxing Day?”
He concludes: “He has not commented on that, but it is of course a special moment. (…) We wish him a lot of strength there in that toilet in Wildernis.”
