After Tom Sizemore’s stroke and subsequent bulging of a blood vessel in his brain, his family must decide whether to continue life support. Doctors assume that there is no hope of recovery. The actor has been in a coma since February 19 due to a brain aneurysm sustained in the stroke.
“Today (Note February 27)doctors have informed the family that there is no hope and recommended that life-threatening measures be taken,” Sizemore’s manager Charles Lago said in a statement.Hollywood reporters“. The family is now making a decision and will make a statement on Wednesday (March 1st). “We ask for privacy for the family during this difficult time and they want to say thank you for all the messages of support and prayers they have received. This is a really difficult time,” the statement said. “Since his stroke, Tom has been in critical condition, in a coma and under intensive care.”
Tom Sizemore, 61, is best known for his supporting roles in 1994’s Natural Born Killers and 1998’s Saving Private Ryan. After various excesses and violent crimes, the actor has become increasingly quiet over the past ten years.
