There are so many different varieties of pumpkins that it’s no wonder if the bills get confused. We listed the most common pumpkins sold in Finland. Zucchini ripens in late summer, and with its thin skin, it is easy to use in cooking in a variety of ways. Zucchini can be green or yellow. The giant pumpkin, on the other hand, is orange and big, the familiar Halloween pumpkin from which you can easily hollow out a lantern. Pumpkin pulp can be used, for example, in pureed soup or by roasting in the oven.
