After the great success of the last editions (thousands were!), A rich calendar of Two days of movement, with disciplines for everyone, guided by the best trainers of Virgin Active.
2025 free body: the disciplines
What will we do? Yoga in different variations, also for the family, Pilates, Balance Workout (mix of stretching and breathing), Workout band (toning with the help of special elastic), ABS (specific for the abdominal area), up to the most dynamic full body (high intensity toning) and dance+ (choreography with music sound). Saturday 24 closes with the funny Bollywood Dance led by Maestro Chean of Meyotai.

Many brands will participate in our training weekend. You will find dedicated spaces in the park and tributes after lessons and registration bags: Main partner are Leocrema, Lycia and Milk; Filorga is Premium Partner, as well as Acqua Rocchetta, who with a cargo bike will distribute bottles of water, and American Pistachio Growers, who with his apecar will pay homage to the audience with pistachio packages; The partner Felicia will give pasta with another bike. Special opening
Do not miss the opening, on Saturday 24 morning, from 8.30 to 9.15: in collaboration with Piano City Milan, the performance of the Pianist Eliana Grasso who will perform the program “The other half of the music: composers between the nineteenth and twentieth centuries”tribute to female talent in music. The intervention of a mental health expert of Humanitas Medical Care follows.
Grand finale Sunday 25 May: the Association Karamogo offers a dances of West Africa dancesin particular by Mali and Guinea, with live percussionists. We are waiting for you!
