‘Djokovic, regular tests’: the note from the Serbiua prosecutor

The reply immediately arrived. Several international media, from “Der Spiegel” to the “Bbc” had written in the last hours of “discrepancies” in the serial numbers of the much talked about test of the number one in the world. “Novak Djokovic’s Covid-19 tests presented in Australia were regular”, reads instead a note from the Serbian public prosecutor’s office. Several checks were carried out. It has been established that Novak Djokovic has been tested several times and that the test certificates of December 16th and December 22nd of 2021 are valid ”.

A request for criminal proceedings against unknown persons had reached the prosecutor’s office for alleged falsification of two PCR certificates then used by Djokovic to request the medical exemption from the vaccination necessary to enter Australia and play the Australian Open. Now, for the Serbian justice, the case is closed.
