Clara is 85 years old and, together with Pedro, they pay a monthly fee of $70,000 in their prepaid medicine. In the month of April, Clara began to have blackouts and absences. The prepaid gave them an appointment with a neurologist for the month of July. During those three months of waiting, she was monitored by her GP. In July, one day before the consultation, she was called to reschedule her shift for the month of November. After 7 months since she began with the symptoms, she would get a consultation with the specialist.
Pamela is a clinical doctor. She works in the morning in the hospital and in the afternoon she works in her office. The fees that she receives from social works and prepaid medical companies is an average of $800 per consultation, which she collects three months after the consultation.

– What is Diktio Health?
Diktio is a digital platform (in app and web format) that unites doctors and private patients. There, health professionals offer their services. They define their own fees and receive their pay within a period of no more than 48 hours. And patients choose the provider by specialty, location and fees. They request an appointment to then get in touch and agree on the day and time of the consultation. It can be virtual or face-to-face depending on what the doctor offers.
– Is there a monthly fee or any fixed cost to access this service?
There is no monthly fee or fixed costs for the use of Diktio Salud. Patients access private medical care without being tied to a monthly fee and paying affordable fees. They only pay for what they use. The professional pays the startup 20% of the value of the consultation actually carried out. There are no fixed charges for offering your services within the platform.
– Where does Diktio Salud work?
We currently offer our services in Capital Federal and GBA. During the first semester of 2023 we will expand into the interior of the country. And in 2024 it is planned to establish ourselves in Mexico and Brazil.
Diktio Salud began to be developed in March 2020 and has been on the market since July 2022. The idea arose from the hand of Federico Grimberg, doctor and CEO of the company. His experience of more than 30 years in the health area, both from medical practice and from management, allowed him to shape this new way of offering medical services.
