Dikke van Dale contains 250,000 words, but these three people came up with one that was still missing

There are more than a quarter of a million words in the Dikke van Dale and yet we can’t get enough of them. Over the past year and a half, Rick de Leeuw (singer/author) and Ruud Hendrickx (editor-in-chief Van Dale) called on the listeners of ‘Nieuwe Facten’ (Radio 1) to come up with ‘missing words’. These three people did this successfully. They explain themselves what their word means and how they came up with the idea.
