Wide, angular, casual and with bold colors – the spring/summer 2027 season at DIGEL MOVE is consistently fashionable and combines modern, urban tailoring with sporty coolness. The result is super comfortable looks that skilfully mix trends with heritage.
Colors: intense summery
DIGEL Move dares to add more color for summer 2027. After seasons of earth-colored restraint, customers are increasingly looking for summer outfits that are worthy of their name. The new color palette does justice to this: warm brown tones range from medium brown, called “Toasted Coconut”, to taupe and orange (“Autumn Leaf”) to a strong “Aurora Red”. A second color group mixes gray, green and beige to create new tones inspired by flora: a dark khaki is called “Burnt Olive”, a light gray-beige shade is named after the cactus species “Peyote” and the tones “Bamboo” and “Mustard Gold” interpret yellow in a warm and contemporary way. Classics like white and “dark navy” are standard features in every summer collection. Black plays an important role in modern city looks.
Urban modernity
Tailoring is becoming more important again in urban areas, but is now cool and newly styled. DIGEL MOVE plays on the contemporary city look with monochrome outfits in forms that are distant from the body. Creative Director Ralf Kammerer: “With jackets you can recognize the ‘relaxed fit’ by the low lapels and an extended jacket length. The trousers have an unprecedented width, which is reinforced by pleats. The result is extremely fashionable and casual outfits.”
The design idea surrounding urban formalwear continues in shirt-jacket combinations of boxy and short tops, jersey shirt jackets and Bermuda shorts. The key looks of the season also include outfits with a striped look, in which oversized vertical stripes and pin stripes look radically modern. Blousons and short trenches made of super-light cotton fabrics, as well as short-sleeved knitted sweaters with resort collars, complete the urban summer looks for the 2027 season.
Sporty casualness
Casualness and lightweight fabrics also determine the sportswear-inspired area. Head of Design Sportswear Thomas Beller: “This time we have amazingly light materials in our range. The fabrics come from specialized weavers in Italy and Japan. One of the nylon qualities in the collection weighs just 80 grams per meter. This creates a completely new wearing experience.” Sporty blousons, equipped with many pockets, combine with linen Bermuda shorts and cotton cargo trousers. Tops with floral patterns or shirts in strong colors, such as bamboo yellow, provide contrast.
A particular focus is on finishing jackets, outdoor jackets, trousers and jersey using the “garment dye” process, a dyeing method that thickens the fabric, intensifies the colors and gives the garment a distinctive look.
