Yann Aurel Bisseck Inter Milan should help at the turn of 0: 2 in the Champions League final. But his evening was bitter.
National player Yann Aurel Bisseck experienced a raven-black day in the Champions League final on Saturday evening. At 0: 2 against Paris Saint-Germain, the inter-defender was substituted for the Frenchman Benjamin Pavard in the 54th minute and should give his team new energy again in order to give the final another turn.
But after only 60 minutes on the square, the 24-year-old suddenly took his right leg and had to be treated. In the 62nd minute, after only eight minutes of play for the DFB defender, it was clear: it doesn’t go on. Bisseck had to be replaced again. For him, Matteo Darmian came into play.
Visibly disappointed and pulled over the face with the jersey, a little bit of a bit around the place towards the bank. Once there, he got a thick bag of ice on the back of the thigh. In the end, Inter lost the final with 0: 5.
It is still unclear which injury Bisseck has carried away. But national coach Julian Nagelsmann may also have observed the scene with large worry lines on his forehead. After the Champions League final, Bisseck was supposed to join the national team, which is currently preparing for the final four of the Nations League at the DFB campus in Herzogenaurach.
The semi -finals against Portugal also rose on June 4th in the Munich Allianz Arena, where the final of the “premier class” also took place. The journey would not be far for Bisseck. However, whether his injury will actually allow the title mission to tackle the DFB team seems to be more than open.
