Royale Union Saint-Gilloise is interested in Eagles player Llansana
The Belgian national champion Royale Union Saint-Gilloise has made interest in Enric Llansana from Go Ahead Eagles. Belgian sources report this.
The 24-year-old. Defensive midfielder has had a strong season in which he managed to seize the KNVB cup with the club from Deventer.
With his current club he can enter the Europa League thanks to the cup win, but at Union he could play Champions League. Llansana’s contract with Go Ahead ends in mid -2026, so that the club from Deventer may think seriously about a sale, because otherwise he will leave the door for free next year.
Llansana, born in Spain, is a youth product from Ajax. He did not break through in Amsterdam, after which he moved to Go Ahead three years ago. In Deventer he has grown into one of the strong holders.
Go Ahead previously managed to keep Evert Linthorst, Joris Kramer and Victor Edvardsen after the success year, but did lost trainer Paul Simonis. He relocates to VfL Wolfsburg and takes the Staff members Tristan Berghuis and Martin Darneviel with them. Go Ahead now appointed Melvin Boel as a trainer for the next three seasons.
