Deadline Day in Europe, also known as the TransfeDeadline. It is the last day on which football clubs can buy or sell players to other clubs. This day is characterized by intense negotiations, sudden transfers and a lot of speculation in the media. The deadline also differs per country.
In the England, Germany, Spain, France and Italy, the market closed last night. In the Netherlands, the deadline is tonight at 11.59 pm while the market is open in Belgium until 8 September 23.59. In several countries, the market is open longer than in the Netherlands:
