The province of Noord-Holland has been hit by a DDOS attack. The website of the province is therefore no longer accessible. Not only the province of Noord-Holland has been hit by the attack, but also the websites of Groningen, Zeeland and Noord-Brabant are unreachable.

The AD probably writes that a pro-Russian collective is behind the attack. The newspaper is based on cyber security company Eye Security. It is probably a collective that also attacked large Belgian websites in March.
