Dave Grohl: Memoirs have been published in an expanded version

The memoir now also contains information about the first encounter with Paul McCartney & playlist tips.

In 2021, Dave Grohl will publish his memoirs “Dave Grohl: The Storyteller – Tales In Life & Music”. On October 31st, another deluxe edition of his work was released in paperback form with some new stories and stories from the Foo Fighters frontman.

The singer, guitarist and drummer already gave nuanced insights into his thoughts in the first edition of the book – now he is revealing even more insights with the new book version. The new installments of his memoir include a philosophical essay by Grohl on the concept of creativity, a series of writing prompts that might lead to a song of his own, and a deeper exploration of some of his favorite Foo Fighters songs.

In his autobiography, Dave Grohl talks about the moment he first met Paul McCartney. This version could previously only be heard in the audio book version of “Dave Grohl: The Storyteller – Tales In Life & Music”. Another plus: His fans also receive some playlist recommendations from the musician. He gives song tips and tells us what he listens to when he cooks, grills or chauffeurs his children.
