On November 19th there will be a new edition of “Wetten, dass ..?”, and as usual, Thomas Gottschalk will moderate the show, live from the exhibition hall in Friedrichshafen from 8:15 p.m., broadcast by ZDF. In addition to Gottschalk and many betting guests, Michelle Hunziker, who has been part of “Wetten, dass ..?” since 2009, will also lead through the evening.

Gottschalk and Hunziker welcome actor John Malkovich to the betting couch in the new edition. Also the two players of the German women’s national soccer team Alexandra Popp and Giulia Gwinn, as well as tennis player Alexander Zwerev. The two comedians Michael Bully Herbig and Christoph Maria Herbst are also part of the show. But actress Veronica Ferres and her daughter Lilly Krug are also planned as betting partners. Exclusive live recordings are made by the twins Lisa and Lena. The two social media stars accompany the show on their smartphones and provide backstage insights, according to the ZDF website.

Music will come from Robbie Williams, who will perform his song “Lost” from the album “XXV”. Canadian newcomer Tate McRae will also sing as an international reinforcement, and Herbert Grönemeyer from Germany will be on stage.

The Betting Program

About the exact content of the broadcast ZDF is still keeping a low profile, but they are already giving some hints: “In the rapid outside bet, Max Baier and Max Mager embark on a wild journey in which they have to grab at the right moment. In the hall, betting candidate Holger Siebnich puts everything at risk and has to listen very carefully. With his bike bet, Felix Kaiser wants to jump to the top – if his team of impostors works perfectly. For Sandra Hasenauer and her excavator, everything revolves around the right balance: playing with raw eggs requires skill and good nerves. Marten Reiß embarks on an impressive search: he can only win his bet against time if he keeps an eye on everything. The children’s bet is about the smallest differences and a good memory for names – the sisters Luise and Mira ask themselves the question: who is who?”

Anyone who misses the live broadcast on November 19th will most likely be able to watch the show a few days later in the ZDF media library – at least that was the case with previous editions.
