Danscafé De Schuure in Meetkerke open again after explosion

At the end of November, a broken boiler causes an explosion. The back wall of the house is blown away. Paul’s wife and his sister-in-law suffer severe burns and are still in the burn center in Ghent.

Owner Paul De Schepper is still shaken by what happened. “I’m working now, but in the back of your mind you think: we have two people who are still staying in the burn center in Ghent. That is of course not so easy, but we have to move on.”
