The illusion did not last long, however, because Valeria began to make us work with our legs through the Pilates postures with the soft ball. At that point we all realized that the lesson was going to be fun, but tiring.

During a session, we said at the beginning, it is possible to burn between 300 and 400 calories. This is no small feat for a workout where creativity and rhythm brilliantly ‘veil’ all the effectiveness of the workout, with the non-negligible advantage of naturally activating endorphins, giving us a good mood throughout the day.

With Dance + we dance, but in a fitness key. We were all perplexed as to whether or not to take part in the lesson. At ten in the morning, then, the desire is not very high. Instead, within a few minutes, thanks to the engaging music, we found ourselves moving to rock, jazz and hip hop rhythms, alternating the dance movements with real exercises. Result: the session was a pure adrenaline rush. And soon after we felt ready for a detox extract, a coffee and a day to live with enthusiasm.
