1. How did the idea of creating Da Factory arise and what inspired them to focus on healthy and preservative food?
The story of Da Factory is one of adaptation and growth. It all started more than 14 years ago with a small family venture focused on pastry for events, until we started performing all kinds of corporate and social events. However, when quarantine arrived, we face a huge challenge: the world of events was paused and we had to reinvent ourselves. In that context, we realized an urgent need: many people were looking for practical and healthy solutions for their daily food, but without accessible and market quality options.
It was there when we decided to turn and create Da Factory, a healthy food service designed to solve people’s food without having to worry about cooking, planning or compromising their diet. We set out to offer balanced meals, without preservatives or ultraprocessed, with natural ingredients and a cryocongellation process that maintains taste and nutrients intact. What began as an alternative in times of crisis became a consolidated brand, with a gastronomic proposal that continues to grow and evolve.
2. What challenges faced at the beginning and how did they position themselves in the healthy food market?
As in every venture, the beginnings were not easy. One of the biggest challenges was to educate the consumer about what a healthy food really means. In a market where many options seem healthy but are full of preservatives and additives, differentiate us involved intense work and trust.
In addition, logistics was a great challenge: finding the best suppliers, guaranteeing the freshness of the ingredients, optimizing production times and, above all, developing an efficient delivery system for each food to arrive in perfect condition.
The key to positioning us was always betting on quality and transparency. From the beginning, we decided that our food was going to be different: without preservatives, with natural ingredients and a cryocongellation system that keeps nutrients and flavor intact. To this we add personalized attention, options for different food styles and an agile purchase experience, both for individual and corporate customers. Today, we can say that Da Factory is synonymous with healthy and practice food, but with that homemade touch that makes it unique.
3. The cryocongellation process is key in their food. Could you explain what it consists of and what benefits it contributes in terms of quality and flavor?
Cryocongelation is one of the Da Factory pillars and that is what allows us to offer food without preservatives, maintaining its quality 100%. Unlike traditional freezing, which is slower and generates large ice crystals that affect the texture of food, cryo -family freezes the dishes at a very low temperature in record time.
The result? The structure of food remains intact, preserving the taste, texture and nutrients of each ingredient. When a client defrises a food, what he obtains is a meal that seems freshly made, without loss of quality or alterations in the taste.
In addition, this method allows us to reduce waste, since food has a greater shelf life without resorting to artificial chemicals or additives. Basically, it is as if you freeze a homemade meal at your best to enjoy it whenever you want, without losing a quality gram.

In Da Factory we do not believe in universal diets. We know that each person has different needs, so we develop a menu designed to adapt to different objectives and lifestyles. Among our options, we offer:
– 150 kcal and 300 kcal houses: For those who seek a controlled weight decrease without giving up flavor.
– Regular food: Ideal to maintain a balanced diet with complete and varied dishes.
– Keto food: Designed for those who follow a ketogenic diet, with a perfect balance of healthy proteins and fats.
– FODMAP HOUSES: Especially thought for people with Sibo or digestive sensitivity.
– Healthy desserts without sugar and without tac, waffles and protein pancakes.

Da Factory’s growth has been crazy. What began as a family venture today is a consolidated company with a constant expansion production and a scope that continues to grow.
We have managed to position ourselves in a competitive market thanks to our commitment to quality and personalization. We have an agile online sales system, alliances with companies for corporate food and an efficient delivery service that covers CABA and Greater Buenos Aires.
In addition, our community of faithful clients has been key in our expansion: mouth to mouth and recommendations have allowed us to reach more and more people looking for a practical and healthy food. We have also worked on the construction of a strong brand, with a careful visual identity, presence in social networks and educational content on nutrition and well -being.
