The Europeans on the Jr and Under 23 tracks of Anadia (Portugal) opened well for Italy: in the first day of competition seven podiums arrived. Three golds: Federica Venturelli in the individual insection under 23, Jacopo Vendramin in Scratch Junior, Matilde Cenci, Syria Trevisan, Rebecca Fiscarelli and Agata Campana in the team speed jr. Silver for the same Campana in the Scratch Jr and for Renato Favero in the individual under -11 chase; Bronze for Luca Giaimi in individual pursuit under 23 and for Anita Baima in the Under 23 elimination.
