Customers collide with mortgage daughter ABN AMRO about ‘unjustified’ B&B in their home: power of power or right point of bank?

Two homeowners collided with mortgage provider Florius over the Bed & Breakfast (B&B) in their home. According to Florius, that is not permitted because they have not reported it when taking out their mortgage. But the homeowners believe that they do nothing wrong and speak of ‘display of power’ of the ABN AMRO daughter.
