Tens of thousands of potatoes ended up in Tilburg on Sunday at a cross and cycle path. That happened after a truck with a trailer, with the beepers, tilted. It is not clear how that could happen.
The accident happened at the intersection of the Midden-Brabantweg with the Zevenheuvelelenweg in Tilburg. The freight potatoes was intended for fries manufacturer Agristo in Tilburg.

In the first instance, bystanders came to the aid of throwing the potatoes together. Moments later, a shovel came to transfer the potatoes to another truck.
The intersection is still closed around half past one. The lost potatoes attract a lot of attention.
