Their son has a unique name: Rock-Anthony Makoa Ventimiglia, a reveal made public by Jarah through a heartfelt post on Instagram. With this new addition, their family now consists of four members, including their proud dog, who joined in for the first family photo.

In her announcement to fans, the new mother candidly shared insights into the early days with baby Rock-Anthony. She expressed, “These last few weeks have been chaos, but in the best way possible,” adding, “Welcome home, Rock-Anthony Makoa Ventimiglia. I can’t wait for our adventures as a family of five.” In the accompanying image, Milo, Jarah, their daughter Ke’ala, the newborn, and their dog are seen snuggling closely together. According to TMZ, the little one arrived in June.

For Milo and Jarah, this new addition marks another emotional milestone. The couple maintained their love story largely away from the public eye for years before tying the knot in a private ceremony in 2023. Their first child, Ke’ala, was born at the beginning of 2025, and the couple publicly announced their second pregnancy in early 2026. Their journey hasn’t been without hardships; last year, they lost their home in Malibu due to devastating wildfires in the Los Angeles area.
