How were the beginnings of the company?
Countram was born in a very organic way: a group of friends, who were also entrepreneurs, got tired of the typical disorganization that appears when someone begins to manage their business. Forms on the one hand, mails on the other, receipts, invoices and messages of scattered customers in different places. Everything made managing an entrepreneurship was chaotic and unfemed. The idea was clear from the beginning: creating a tool that gathered in a single system everything an entrepreneur needs to grow in an orderly, simple and professional way. What began as a small project, designed to solve our own need, quickly became the solution that today helps hundreds of entrepreneurs and SMEs in Argentina.
What are the services they provide to the public?
Countogram is a comprehensive management system designed for entrepreneurs and SMEs. It allows to manage sales and purchases, issue invoices, control stock, organize financial management and access clear reports, all from one place. We are in a constant innovation stage. Recently we incorporate three functions based on artificial intelligence that simplify and accelerate daily management, and continue to develop new functionalities that further enhance the platform. We want Countram to evolve to the rhythm of our users, being that strategic partner that allows them to focus on the most important thing: to grow their business.
What are your differentials in the field?
Our biggest differential is that we understand the entrepreneur from the inside, because we also went one. We are not a cold system or a service that only solves technical issues. Countram combines a complete digital tool with a close team, which listens, accompanies and looks for practical solutions. Our mission is that managing a business is not a burden, but a simple, clear and even enjoyable process.
If they started again, what would make different?
We would probably be encouraged to integrate artificial intelligence and bet on new technologies, because we see how much they simplify daily work. However, every step of the tour gave us valuable learning and helped us build a solid and human tool.

Our goal is that entrepreneurs and SMEs can grow and develop from our hand. We want them to feel accompanied, understood and backed in a path that in Argentina is not always easy.
