The korfball players of Groen Geel will not play a competition match against Oost-Arnhem tonight. The team from Wormer has too many corona infections in the selection.
“After good consultation with the association, it has been decided that the match at Oost-Arnhem will be postponed due to corona infections and quarantine obligations,” the club said in a statement. Groen Geel only recorded one victory in Group B of the Korfbal League this season. That was in the first game of the season at home against Oost-Arnhem.
The duel between TOP and DVO is also canceled due to corona cases at TOP. Koog Zaandijk, who will play out Dalto tonight, can play tonight.
