The seven-day incidence of new corona infections in Brandenburg is as low as it was last November.

According to official data, 202.7 out of 100,000 people contracted the virus in the past seven days, as the Robert Koch Institute announced on Saturday. The value has thus halved within a little more than two weeks.

The incidence is still highest in the district of Potsdam-Mittelmark with 275.3, lowest in the district of Havelland with 129.3. The number of new hospitalized patients with Covid-19 per 100,000 population in a week also fell, standing at 1.9 on Saturday.
