The Osnabrück fashion retailer Lengermann & Trieschmann (L&T) is cooperating with Wayers GmbH and is now offering its trainees the opportunity to develop abroad.

The collaboration enables trainees to participate in the Munich-based travel service provider’s international “Way Changer” programs, Wayers announced on Monday. These coaching trips aim to strengthen aspects such as personal development and team spirit. In addition, the best internal training qualification in a year group is rewarded with a two-week trip.

With such opportunities, L&T wants to retain its trainees and recruit them as future skilled workers, explains HR Manager Lennard Böhne. The company wants to continuously develop and offer new options.

“The cooperation with Wayers now expands this approach to include valuable, eventful experiences outside of our company,” says Böhne. “It fits together wonderfully, because retail and experience have always been part of our DNA.”

Participation in the “Way Changer” programs should already be possible for the training cohort that starts in 2025.
