Convicted top command wants Dutch secret services to testify in the cocaine case: “They knew everything”

Ex-command Sil A., convicted of drug and arms trade, wants to let employees of the secret services testify in his appeal. According to him, they had a full view of his contacts with a convicted drug criminal and were aware of his tests with encrypted communication systems that are also used by criminals.
