Consumers’ Association is considering Massaclaim to adjust variable energy contracts

The Consumers’ Association is investigating the possibility of starting a collective claim against the energy sector, after a decision by the Amsterdam Court of Appeal, a spokeswoman said. Earlier this week, the judge ruled that energy supplier Vattenfall incorrectly implemented interim changes in the rates of variable energy contracts.
