About ten hours after the collapse of the medieval Torre dei Conti in the center of Rome, a construction worker has been pulled alive from the rubble, Italian media reported this evening. The Torre dei Conti, near the Roman Forum and the Colosseum, was being renovated when part of one of its walls suddenly fell down. Several construction workers ended up under the bricks.
