The World Cup tournament in the Czech Republic ended in a rough fiasco for Sweden, when the great floorball country was left without a World Cup medal for the first time in history. Sweden, which was aiming for its tenth world championship, lost sensationally in the semi-final to Switzerland and suffered a loss to Finland in the bronze medal game.
