Conor McGregor accused of raping woman at NBA finals

UFC star Conor McGregor is said to have raped a woman in the stadium toilet during the NBA Finals in Miami. This is reported by the US portal “TMZ”.

According to attorney Ariel Mitchell, the incident reportedly took place on June 9 after the Miami Heat played the Denver Nuggets at the Kaseya Center. Mitchell has sent a letter to McGregor, the NBA and the Miami Heat.

As the lawyer further describes, McGregor is said to have “violently” sexually assaulted a woman in a men’s toilet.

In the letters, Mitchell alleges that NBA and Heat security guards helped separate the woman from her friend. She was then dragged to a toilet. McGregor and a bodyguard were already waiting there.

In the letters, Mitchell says that “security personnel refused to [die Frau] letting go out or letting anyone else, including her friend, go to the bathroom.” The attorney also alleges that McGregor emerged from a disabled cubicle, “put his tongue in the victim’s mouth and kissed her aggressively.”

According to the letters, the woman managed to get rid of McGregor briefly by telling him she needed to urinate. But then McGregor allegedly forced her to perform oral sex. As a result, he pushed her against the wall and tried to rape her, the lawyer said.

Mitchell explains in the letters that the woman elbowed him there multiple times and then fled. She immediately reported the assault to the authorities.

In the letters, Mitchell explains that the woman is seeking a settlement with the NBA, the Heat and the McGregor side to avoid litigation.

However, a McGregor representative said in a statement Thursday morning that the “allegations are false”. And finally: “Mr McGregor will not be intimidated.”

The NBA later said, “We are aware of the allegations and are working with the team to gather more information.”
