Confusion about Bayern Transfer: Doesn’t Jackson come?
30.08.2025 – 6:30 p.m.Reading time: 2 min.

Actually, Nicolas Jackson’s commitment was already considered safe. But now there is a surprising turn. Bayern sports director Max Eberl is covered.
Doesn’t the next transfer of FC Bayern work – and that on the home stretch? The German record champion threatens to miss his next transfer goal. Because as “The Athletic” first reported, FC Chelsea does not want to agree with a loan from Nicolas Jackson to Munich. Reason: The violation of “Blues” attacker Liam Delap-The striker had probably injured the thigh on Saturday at Chelsea’s 2-0 win against FC Fulham, and it is still unclear how long Delap will be missing.
Chelsea’s team manager Enzo Maresca said after the final whistle that the Englishman could be up to eight weeks. Previously, Bayern had agreed with the Londoners on a one -year loan including the purchase option for the Senegalese striker. Jackson, who was recently not part of Maresca’s Premier League squad, had already arrived in Munich on Saturday to complete his medical check on Säbener Strasse.
“Transfers are in dry towels when there are signatures,” said Bayern sports director Max Eberl before Bayern’s league game at FC Augsburg on Saturday evening at Sky. “The boy is there and now let’s see what happens.” The 51-year-old didn’t want to be elicited more. “We will deal with it in peace after the game.”
And further: “There are still extraordinary things happen, so I can’t say exactly what’s going on here.” After the game against Augsburg, “Christoph and I would deal with what to do.”
