Complaints of complaints about new asylum ship: ‘It is worn out here, dirty, cold and humid’

Around seventy residents of the new asylum ship in Krimpen aan den IJssel have filed a complaint with the Central Agency for the Reception of Asylum Seekers (COA). They find the huts too small and noisy, but they also assess the ship as worn, dirty, cold and damp. “It’s hard to live here,” a resident says.
