Arrest warranted South Korean President Yoon withdrew, but he has not yet been released

A court in South Korea withdrew the arrest warrant against Yoon Suk-Yeol on Friday, the Yonhap news agency reports. However, the deposed South Korean president is not immediately released because prosecutors can still appeal against the decision, his lawyer says.
