Riiber’s lead in the overall World Cup is melting
Riiber had already skipped the two competitions in Val di Fiemme, Italy, last weekend. The 24-year-old had won seven of the first eight individual competitions, but is now only 100 points ahead of world champion Johannes Lamparter (Austria) in the overall World Cup. Riiber had recently won the crystal ball three times in a row.
The Beijing Winter Games begin on February 4th.
