First came corona, then the incurable cancer. Chef Tom van Lysebettens (35) of Cochon de Luxe in Ghent has no more than 2.5 years to live. The dad of Leo (5) and Daniel (7) does that in full and with a lot of humor. Every week he writes about his good and bad days. With the fall break coming up, Tom is looking forward to some relaxation with the sons. But participating in the children’s YouTube marathon requires a lot of effort.
