Colorful works of art with Lego blocks provide a cheerful note in the streets

The works fill holes in walls and crumbling facades. An idea by the German artist Jan Vormann who has been working on it for 15 years, but a colleague from Lebanon is working in Wevelgem. The municipality of Wevelgem has been focusing on art in public space for several years now and provides 30,000 euros for this every year. With the street art project, the municipality wants to bring some extra color and positivity into the streetscape. And that is appreciated by young and old alike.
