Two cars collided this morning at the intersection of Stieltjeskanaal and the NAM road, between Zandpol and Coevorden. Both cars were heavily damaged.
A mother and child were in one of the cars. They have been checked by ambulance personnel, just like the occupant of the second car. None of them were injured enough to require hospitalization. The child received a trauma bear from the police.
The road to Coevorden was closed by the police after the accident.
