The Brazilian Diogo Moreira won the race. Spaniard Manuel González finished second and retains the management in the general classification.
The 20-year-old Veijer won a Grand Prix twice in the lightest class Moto3, but his switch to the heavier engine of the Moto2 has not yet delivered success immediately. He finished fifth in the Grand Prix of Hungary at the end of August. That is his best result of this season.
Motorcycle racer Aldeguer (20) wins MotoGP in Indonesia
Motorcycle racer Fermín Aldeguer has won a race in the MotoGP for the first time. The 20-year-old Spaniard was the first to cross the finish line at the Grand Prix of Indonesia.
Aldeguer is the second youngest winner of a race in the royal class of Motorsport. Only his fellow countryman Marc Márquez was even younger when he won a competition in the MotoGP for the first time.

Márquez secured his seventh world title last week. He crashed in the opening phase of the race on the Mandalika circuit. Marco Bezzecchi had started from pole position, but the Italian fell back to seventh position. The Italian started a catch -up race, but hit the back of the Márquez engine. Both drivers fell hard.
Spaniard Pedro Acosta finished second in Indonesia, just before his fellow countryman Onlex Márquez.
