Coalition parties PVV, VVD, NSC and BBB all want landlords to get more air in the tax field. Due to the combination of an increase in wealth tax and stricter rental rules, landlords now in some cases pay more tax than the rent in some cases. They therefore call on State Secretary Tjebbe van Oostenbruggen (taxation) to take action.
