Co-founder Benjamin Sadler is leaving Erlich Textil

Benjamin Sadler is saying goodbye to Cologne-based underwear supplier Erlich Textil. “After seven years, it’s time to say ‘goodbye’ and move from the pitch to the stands,” the co-founder wrote on his Linkedin profile on Tuesday.

With the departure of Sadler, co-founder Sarah Grohé will become the sole general manager, the parent company Calida Group confirmed to FashionUnited. The specialist magazine Textilwirtschaft had previously reported on it. In 2016, Sadler and Grohé founded the brand, which has belonged to the Swiss clothing group Calida Holding AG since February 2022.

Previously, Grohé was responsible for the product, controlling and finance areas, while Sadler was responsible for marketing and the online shop. Now Grohé will also take over these two areas. She will be supported in this by the newly formed ‘Senior Leadership’ team, which consists of Markus Dembski, Kristof Kruse and Philipp Schatz.
