It’s time for something new at Fifa: on the occasion of the next Club 25 World Cup, which will be played for the first time with the new format from 15 June to 13 July 2025 in the USA, an online tool has been launched to check in real time the ranking of the teams that are still in the running to qualify. The index can be consulted on the official website of the competition, which currently has 14 places available out of a total of 32.

the site

There are seven sections on the site: one dedicated to the teams already qualified and six areas, coinciding with the continental Confederations: Africa, Asia, Europe, North and Central America, Oceania and South America. In each section you can check the progress of the various clubs, the slots available and also the qualification criteria.

clubs already qualified

Among the 18 clubs already qualified, 8 are European and constitute the majority. Inter is the only Italian present, while the others are: Chelsea, Real Madrid, Manchester City, Bayern Munich, Paris Saint Germain, Porto and Benfica. For Africa there will be Wydad (Morocco) and Al Ahly (Egypt). Al Hilal SFC (Saudi Arabia) and Urawa Red Diamonds (Japan) have already qualified for Asia. For North and Central America there will be Monterrey (Mexico), the Seattle Sounders (USA) and León (Mexico). Auckland City (New Zealand) will participate for Oceania. For South America at the moment only two teams: Palmeiras and Flamengo, both Brazilian.
