A house fire broke out at Lieving in Beilen this morning around 8:30 am, releasing a lot of smoke.
The fire brigade quickly got the fire under control, but decided to scale up to a medium fire due to the smoke formation. Additional troops arrived on site as a result. It is still unclear how the fire started.
The two fire crews checked the adjacent car garage, among other things, to prevent the fire from spreading. The house has suffered extensive damage.
