After being arrested, suspects end up at the police detention center in Berlin – often overnight. But what do “bringers” – as they are called in the language of the authorities – get there to eat? The climate adhesives of the “last generation” had special requests.

According to the police, the normal standard menu in the detention centers includes crispbread and cheese (sliced Gouda or Edam). Various 5-minute terrines, wasa sandwiches, mineral water and tea – sweetened if desired.

According to BZ information, the climate stickers were supplied with special food. “After rejection of the vegetarian food offered, vegan food was offered at the request of those brought in,” says the police press office.

► The lean Kleber menu: vegan 5-minute terrines, crispbread, as well as mineral water and tea – this can also be sweetened to taste.

According to the police, the vegan food was not procured separately. “We have always taken special eating habits into account in recent years.”
