In the Drommedaris in Enkhuizen, it was already a big party tonight – whatever the result. With a quiz, a bingo, but above all a musical party, Songfestival fanatics and Claude fans were able to follow the final on a large screen.
‘Evil on myself’
The tension could be felt at Claude himself. Right at the start of the song there was a small text error. After his performance, including dancers and violinists, the great relief came and burst into tears.
On Instagram, Claude said that he was ‘evil in himself’ because he made a mistake because of the nerves. But, completely in style with his song, he noticed that it was ‘real’ and of course also: ‘C’est la Vie’.
