Citadel is the latest series of Amazon Prime Video, released weekly for six episodesa method to which platforms are increasingly adapting.
The texture is that of an intricate spy story, in which there is no shortage of twists and action scenes of great aesthetic and scenographic value: Citadel is the name of a spy agency, destroyed by Manticore’s competing agents taking away the memory and memory of its members.
Two of these, Mason Kane (Richard Madden) and Nadia Sinh (Priyanka Chopra Jones), have rebuilt their lives unaware of the pastto, but are tracked down by former colleague Bernard Orlick (Stanley Tucci) who needs their help.
